WHO WE ARE
SparkTech is an MEP contractor focused on the successful delivery of technically demanding building services projects.
Our business has grown through long-term client relationships, a strong delivery culture and a willingness to take responsibility for getting things done.
We understand that successful MEP contracting is about far more than installing services. It requires early planning, coordinated design, procurement control, commercial awareness, programme management, quality assurance and accurate technical information.
That is why we bring our estimating, pre-construction, design, procurement, commercial and operational teams together from the earliest stages of a project.
OUR APPROACH
We aim to be straightforward to work with.
We communicate openly, identify problems early and work with the wider project team to find practical solutions. Where something needs addressing, we believe it is better to raise it early and resolve it collectively than allow it to become a problem on site.
Safety and quality remain fundamental to how SparkTech operates. Our internal project assurance process reviews health and safety, design, progress, programme, procurement, QA, testing, commissioning, documentation and project risk throughout delivery.
